We are seeking a candidate who can work with customers, insurance companies and other hospital partners. Candidates must be well organized, capable of research, generally proficient with computers/internet and open to learning new skills. This role has a potential for growth into a Office Administrator role.
- Answer phones/direct calls.
- Contacting patients, hospitals and other medical groups.
- Verifying patient’s insurance eligibility
- Data entry and auditing of patient information.
- Ordering pharmacy requests for patients.
- Manage inventory.
- Customer service
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Fluent in one or more other languages
- Microsoft Office
- Previous work experience in medical offices.
Hourly rate $15-$20 depending on experience.
