Role

This is an opportunity to be part of a medical practice in Orange County, located at Fountain Valley, California. We are seeking a candidate who can work with customers, insurance companies and other hospital partners. Candidates must be well organized, capable of research, generally proficient with computers/internet and open to learning new skills. This role has a potential for growth into a Office Administrator role.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling
  • Answer phones/direct calls.
  • Contacting patients, hospitals and other medical groups.
  • Verifying patient’s insurance eligibility
  • Data entry and auditing of patient information.
  • Ordering pharmacy requests for patients.
  • Manage inventory. 

Requirements

  • Customer service

Preferences

  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Fluent in one or more other languages
    • Spanish
    • Vietnamese
    • Korean
    • Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Microsoft Office
  • Previous work experience in medical offices.

Compensation

Hourly rate $15-$20 depending on experience.
